Baqai Medical University/hospital is the privately-owned educational institute providing quality education and health facilities to its people. The institute is situated in the city of Karachi and it was established in the year 1976 as the tertiary health care facility by the Baqai Foundation. The institute gain the status of the Medical University in the year 1996. The main aim of the institute is to provide best quality education to its students, so they could compete with the students of any institute and they don't have to go abroad to seek education of higher standard. The institute currently has 12 subsidiary department s and institutes and offer different educational programs under the supervision of very talented and experianced teachers. The institute has Baqai Dental College, Medical College, Institute of Veterinary Sciences, College of Nursing, Department of Haematology, Institute of Health Science, Institute of Diabetology & Endocrinology, Institute of Oncology, Institute of IT, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation medicine and some other institutes.
