Dow University Of Health Sciences is the government-owned educational institute providing various educational programs in Health sciences to the students. The institute is one of the oldest educational institutes of Karachi and established in the year 1945. The institute has two leading research institutes: Dow International Medical College and Dow Medical College. The institute is an internationally recognized institute and aims to become the leading institute in the field of health science. It offers all basic facilities to its students including state of the art labs and highly competent and experianced teaching staff. Apart from medical colleges the institute also has one International Dental College, Dental College, College of Pharmacy, College of Biotechnology and College of Public Health.
