Fata University is renowned and well reputed educational Institute of Pakistan. The University was established in the year 2016 in Kohat. Establishing University in the Darra Adam Khel (at that time it was part of FATA) was a great milestone as the creation of higher eduaction institute was the demand of people of this area for many years. The Institute is providing quality eduaction to the students since the day of its inception and managed to gain quite a name for itself in a very short time. The main aim of the institute is to expand the frontiers of knowledge and facilitate its students in every manner so they could get a leading role in a country's future. The University currently has seven departments named. Computer Science, Management Science, Political Science, Sociology, Mathematics, English and Geology. The Institute further offer different Under Graduate and Graduate programs. The University has state of the art labs, Library and other necessary facilities for the students.
