Government Vocational Training Institute for women is the public vocational training institute offering multiple courses to the local women. The institute has centres in different parts of Pakistan and one such centre is in Chak Shana Road, Khanewal. The main aim of the institute is to empower local women by providing them with a learning opportunity and help them to develop some kind of skills, so they can utilize those skills and generate income for themselves. The institute offers courses and programs such as CERT- Beautician, Tailoring, Computer Application, and some other relevant courses. These courses are mainly of 3 to 6 months.
