Institute Of Business Administration is the renowned and one of the most prestigious educational institute of the country. The institute was established in 1955 by the government with the collaboration of different foreign educational institute. The institute was initially a business institute but was given the status of separate University in 1994. The institute has its main campus in Karachi and multiple sub-campus including one in Sukkur. The main aim of the institute is to become a leading educational institute and produce individuals who can compete at any level and attain higher and leading position in the country. The institute Sukkur campus offers different educational programs and currently has 5 faculties, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Education.
