Postgraduate Medical Institute/Lahore General Hospital is the government-owned educational institute dedicated to the field of health sciences. The institute was established in the year 1974 and providing quality education and health services to the people of Lahore and those of the adjacent areas for many years. The institute is situated in the city of Lahore and its main aim is to produce highly skilled and professional individuals who perform their duties with passion and complete dedication. The institute provides all basic facilities to its students and has very experianced teaching staff, keen to enhance students academic and professional skills. The institute currently has 2 subsidiary colleges, Post Graduate Medical Institute and Ameer-Ud-Din Medical College.
