The University Of Malakand is the state owned University and considered as one of the most well-reputed institutes of the country. The Institute is situated in the Chakdara, Lower DIr district of Kpk, and was established in the year 2001. It is recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan and works under the charter of the provincial government. The University aims to provide quality education programs to its students and encourage them to inquire about things and motivate them to get involved in research-based studies. The Institute constitutes of very skilled and highly professional teaching staff which works quite enthusiastically to promote self-confidence and academic skills of the students. The Institute currently has eight faculties named, Social Sciences, Science, Education, Arts & Humanities, law, Biological Science, Information technology and Management Sciences.
